We spotted Owen Wilson biking around Manhattan with a beautiful mystery blonde the other day. During their bike ride, the couple stopped for lunch at a downtown cafe, where Owen’s body language spoke volumes. Does this spell an end to the troubled actor’s rumored relationship with Jessica Simpson?
