Where are the Pleather Jackets?

Kristen Bell came out for the Nascar Nextel Cup last night which was held at Tiffany's in New York of all places.  Yeah, fine jewelery and young starlets are definitely the first thing that come to mind when I think about Nascar.  The tv "it" girl was looking fiiiine in her red dress but had this been an actual race, it would probably been a bit dressy.  I think the usual protocol for Nascar fans is for the the ladies to watch the race in a bikini top and cut offs and the gents usually sport one of those jackets that have patches from all the sponsors; I guess that's fancy in its own right.  And do you know that you can bring in your own booze to the race?! No wonder it's the most popular sport in the country.  Yee-Haw!
