Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes attended the Bambi Awards in Dusseldorf, Germany last night.  The awards honor actors who have shown courage through their roles in movies or tv.  Cruise won an award for his work in the upcoming film Valkyrie, which is the story of the attempt to kill Hitler at the end of WWII.  I dunno, Tom Cruise and little golden deer statues in Germany?  Kind of reminds me of that Mike Myers‘ Sprockets skit from SNL.  Gotta love those Germans; they are kooky!!
Oh Bon Jovi were there too, awarded for their brave use of hairspary throughout the 1980s and for having the balls to try and come back as a band that has integrity.  Eva Longoria and Rihanna also showed up.  I don’t know why.  I guess they’re brave too. Rihanna looked smoking hot though!  I love the way the highlights in her hair match her leopard dress.
