Gwen Stefani looked in good shape when we caught her paying a visit to a Manhattan gym this morning. Wearing red lipstick and her Dior sunglasses, Gwen left baby Kingston behind with a nanny at her hotel for the quick workout visit. No word on where hubby Gavin is, but we’ve heard he’s been trying to reform Bush with its original lineup recently.
