Britney Spears got into the Halloween spirit last night in Los Angeles when she went partying, dressed in a skimpy pirate outfit. But Brit wasn’t in a swashbuckling mood though when her car was pulled over by a cop as she headed home. Tipsy looking Britney wasn’t driving and cousin Alli Sims was behind the wheel. Luckily, Alli hadn’t broken the law and was allowed to go on her merry way without so much as a ticket.
