Kiefer Sutherland busted on DUI charges

24 star Kiefer Sutherland was busted last night after having one too many while partying in West Hollywood. According to TMZ, Kiefer, pictured above shortly before the alleged incident, blew more than twice the legal limit of .08. It's the actor's second DUI in the last five years and he could face five days in slammer. Maybe it's time he called the Paris Hilton/Nicole Richie hotline for help.
