Hilary Duff and her boyfriend Michael Comrie celebrated The Duffster’s 20th birthday today, with a quick lunch n’ shopping trip to New York’s trendy Meat Packing District. Hilary still ain’t old enough to drink, but we don’t think that’s gonna stop her putting a few cocktails away somewhere tonight.
