Lohan sued for assault

Trouble seems to hit Lindsay Lohan like a juggernaut! She's doing her best to get her life back on track in rehab then, WALLOP, here comes a lawsuit. Turns out LiLo is getting sued for assault and negligence by a passenger in the car she was allegedly chasing when she was busted on a DUI charge in LA last month. Victim Tracie Rice says she could have been killed and she wants to see the colour of Lindsay's money.
