Was Lindsay\'s SCRAM device a sham?

INF shot a close-up of Lindsay Lohan‘s SCRAM alcohol monitoring device at the weekend while she was partying in Malibu, and upon closer inspection it looks like she was wearing a stocking underneath it. We are still checking into this, but surely the device would have to be in contact with the skin to monitor alcohol levels. Was Lindsay trying to fool everyone by covering her ankle with the flesh-colored hosiery?

    Yeah. no one really believe that thing worked anyway. It was just a show to make people believe she was serious about getting help, but now we know it was all make believe. Like Lindsay’s life.

    My brother wore one of these things after he was arrested for DUI a few months ago. It was a waste of time. He was drinking the whole time and it didn’t alert anyone once. He’s back in rehab now, just like Lindsay I suppose.

    Dont know about you guys, but I saw this coming months ago. No way someone like her is gonna give up booze and drugs after a few weeks in some cushy rehab. She doesn’t admit to herself that she has a problem, so she ain’t gonna go looking for a cure.
