Sex & The City star Kim Cattrall turned heads today when she sashayed through Soho – one of Samantha’s regular stomping grounds in the glory years of the show. But we did a definite double-take when we spotted Kim’s dodgy knees, which seem to be sagging a little more than the rest of her bod. We wondered if these were caused by years of wear and tear kneeling down to film R-rated scenes?
