Paris too ga-ga for court

Paris Hilton's delicate mental state is keeping her out of the courtroom in a $10M lawsuit. A psychiatrist who examined Paris recently says that her 45 days' jail sentence has left her "emotionally distraught and traumatized," and unable to participate in a court hearing as part of a suit filed against her by diamond heiress Zeta Graff.  Graff filed the suit after, she claims, Paris had vicious lies printed about her in the New York Post. As a result, a judge postponed the trial date until August 22 - when Paris will have served her time... and will no doubt be even more loopy.
