Halle Berry looked totally in love as she strolled through the streets of Paris with her male model boyfriend Gabriel Aubry yesterday. But Halle will reveal in an upcoming Parade magazine interview that after her first marriage to Atlanta Braves star David Justice broke down, she narrowly avoided suicide. She says: “I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming when I had an image of my mother finding me.” She couldn’t bear to have her mother find her dead and she switched off the engine. Of course, Halle went on to win a best actress Oscar for Monster’s Ball a few years later. Just goes to show that no matter how bad things might seem, better days are only around the corner!
